Features of Magento 2 Out of Stock Notification Extension:
Subscribe Out of Stock Products
Magento 2 Product Alerts extension allows the customers to subscribe for back in stock notifications for the out of stock products.
Send Notifications to Customers
Auto-send email or SMS notifications to the subscribed customers when the products are back in stock.
Customer Group-wise Alerts are Supported
Out of stock notification for Magento 2 supports allowing only specific customer groups to subscribe for stock alerts.
- The admin can enable or disable the Magento 2 product alerts from the backend.
- The Magento 2 out of stock extension allows the admin to customize the button text and message to show the customers on the product page.
- The admin can also enter the back in stock notification subscription success message to be shown to the customers.
- Admin can easily customize the email greeting for sending notifications to the customers.
- Magento 2 notify when in stock extension supports sending Email and SMS notifications to the customers.
- Customize the Magento 2 stock notification SMS text using variables such as product name, SKU, etc.
- For the Magento out of stock Email notification type, the admin can use the stock alert Email template for customers from:
- New Stock Alert Template (Default)
- New Pickup Order

- Integrate the selected SMS API provider with Magento 2 using the details obtained while registering with API. The Magento 2 out of stock subscription extension supports Twilio, TextLocal, Msg91, and CURL supporting APIs.
- The admin can enable the out-of-stock notification subscription facility from the Catalog > Manage Products > Product edit from the backend.
- Display products that are out of stock in the frontend using the Magento 2 back in stock notification extension.
- Logged in customers can easily manage their back in stock alerts subscriptions from the "Out of Stock Subscriptions" tab under their “My Account” section, no matter if they have subscribed using email or phone number.
- Customers can also opt-out of the alerts through the link provided in the Magento 2 stock notifications.
- Admin can manage all the Magento 2 back in stock notification subscribers from a separated grid in the backend named 'Out of Stock Notification'.
- The 'Out of Stock Notification' grid lists all the details about the subscription status, such as product name, subscription date & time, and notification status.
- Magento 2 notify when in stock extension allows the admin to export the subscribers list to CSV and XML files.
- The Magento 2 back in stock notifications are sent to the subscribers through email or SMS when the respective product is restocked.
