Can your customers comment on their orders prior to placing any order? It is important to understand what your customers think about your products or if they wish to comment something to improve their customer experience or for your store!

You can now add this facility in your Magento store by configuring Customer Order Comment Management Extension. It will add a comment box in the checkout page for both single or multi-shipping address checkout and order page in the customer account for the customer to have a view of the history of comments being posted by him/her for various orders placed. It can also be displayed in the confirmation email by adding a single line in the email template. When customer adds comment from order view page, a notification is sent to the admin of the store.

  • Adds Request Box

    Admin can add order request comment box in the last step of checkout process for both single or multi-shipping address checkout.

  • View Order Button in Order Request View Page

    There is “View Order” button on Order request view page, which will redirect to the order view page of the Order.

  • Displays Order Comment in Two Places

    Admin can view order comments in the form of grid listing or in order detail page as customer order request.

  • Comment Visible to Customers

    Customer can view order comment from order details page under ‘my account.’

  • Adds New Comment

    Customers can also add new request/comment from order details page under ‘my account.’

  • Displayed in Confirmation Email

    The comment can also be visible in the confirmation email by adding a single line in the email template.

  • Comment Notification sent to Admin

    When customer adds comment from order view page, a notification is sent to the admin of the store.
