6contacts Free Joomla contact form module

The 6contacts allows you to implement a contact form with CAPTCHA protection 

to a Joomla! website. Available fields, which you can enable or disable:

• Subject;
• Address;
• City;
• State;
• Zip / Postal code;
• Home Phone;
• Mobile Phone;
• Company;
• Website.

Fields like: Email, Name and Message are required.

Admin available to enter notice for Successful and Failed send mailing.
